We talk over the phone & get some initial information & specs.

Then we do a site visit & take exact measurements.

We can also have you send us Images or Video with exact measurements & your requirements.

Once we have the details of the layout & specifics of your requirements, we then proceed with a draw up / rendering (3D Imaging) of what the project would look like. Once completed (usually in 24-hours) it is presented to you for review & approval.

(We provide a general estimate at this point!)

Once the layout & update is planned out, we then proceed with Material & Product selection (Vanities, Sinks, Faucets, Fittings, Tile & etc).

(You can change any materials or make any adjustments as we go along & things take shape.)

Once we have everything figured out & calculated (time/labor, material cost & etc) we present you a final Estimate / Proposal with clearly indiciated costs of Products, Materials, Permits, Labor & any other expenses related to the Project. 

(Guaranteed time frame of project provided!)

Once you approve everything & provide a deposit, we start procurement of Materials, acquirment of Permits, commision of custom products & set up.

(This way by the time we start tear down or removal, we have everything we need to almost simultaneously start the project!)

Once we start, we prefer to start very early & finish up before evening time! We always have extra crew on hand to help with prep, clean up, assistance & have an extra person there to do a store/office run if needed!
